Presently heading the Centre of Excellence in Clinical Embryology, Kasturba Medical College, Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Manipal, India. Received Master of Clinical Embryology from the National University of Singapore and PhD from the Manipal University. Postdoctoral education at Miami University, USA, Kyoto University, Japan and University of Muenster, Germany. Recipient of Dr Subhas Mukherjee award from ICMR for excellence in medical research, several international fellowships. Fellow of prestigious Humboldt Foundation, Germany and JSPS, Japan. Actively involved in assisted reproductive technology since 1997 and main areas of interest are ART, gamete DNA integrity , damage response in preimplantation development, oncofertility . |

Postdoctoral education at Leiden University Medical Center, The Netherlands and Visiting Research Associate Professorship from National University of Singapore, Singapore. Recipient of Gold Medal for excellence in medical research from Manipal University and several international fellowships such as ICRETT fellowship from UICC, Switzerland, Boyscast Fellowship from DST, Govt of India and CREST fellowship from DBT, Govt of India. Actively involved in assisted reproductive technology since 2006. Main areas of interest are ART, cryopreservation , parthenogenesis and in vitro maturation. |
